The room was spacious and good. the location was quiet and great, close to a Kashmiri restaurant, Ramada city center, market, and Airport. - the staff was helpful and excellent at cooperating. - the breakfast had plenty of fine food and drinks.

The rooms were quite spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Guests enjoyed a variety of foods available at breakfast, along with delicious pastries and cakes.

Some of the guests faced issues during their stay. A few of the guests had trouble during check-in, while others complained about limited menu options and poor amenities.

Had a great thanksgiving stay! the breakfast was amazing, loved the variety and quality. They also offered complimentary fruit baskets and drinks which was a nice touch. the hotel is located right next to a big shopping center, making it very convenient to shop and check out the local stores.

The room was very cramped and the bathroom was missing some essentials. there seemed to be some confusion among staff as we were given the wrong room type and were denied access to certain areas of the hotel.
